Wish it could be a great review but left the bike there to have cams put in. I guess the fault I could have if any was I left it there for a couple weeks while otr driving (truck driver). Went to pick it up after I called to check if it was ready. When I picked it up they didn’t even let me see the bike till I had payed. As soon as I walked out I saw the gash in the front fender. Service manager never spoke to me the entire time. Went to GM he was very understanding and even offered to have bike painted completely when riding season was over but here we are 2 years later and nothing has been fixed and I’ve called but never really got any answers from anyone.
Edit 11/23/23 Service department did get back to me came to Chattanooga to pick up my bike. Brought it back. Painted it with a third-party painter painted didn’t do a great job but did a good job color matching still had a lot of orange peel and paint chipped off the rear of the fender that they took care of that they didn’t have to, so I give them props for that Just aggravating that didn’t sand or properly prep in the paint just cracked first and then chipped off but the service department stood behind and took care of what they needed to take care of so for that I’ll move from one star to four for standing and taking responsibility for what they needed tothey were going to take care of the paint but at this point I’m just over it overall, though I’m happy with the...
Read moreWe visited Natchez Trace HD a couple of years ago on our way to Rattlesnake Saloon and then Memphis. While there I purchased one of their pins for my vest. Last week as we were leaving on a ride, the pin broke and fell off. Since we live in NC, I contacted NT HD and spoke with Audrey. I gave her a description of the pin and asked if they still had it, if it was in stock and could I purchase and have one sent to me.
Audrey explained they no longer carried that pin, but she went and checked some boxes in their storage room and also checked her collection of pins. She came back and said she could not find one and that she forgot to get one for herself when it was discontinued. She texted me a picture of their current pins so I could pick out one of them.
I spoke with Audrey on Tuesday, I received the pin and a couple of key rings (she put in extra) on Thursday!
When we visited the store in person, we really enjoyed the store. Everyone was just a friendly and helpful in person as Audrey was over the phone. I would highly recommend stopping in when you are in the area! Customer Service is EXCELLENT!

Read moreAbsolutely disgusted with service dept. After dropping our 2017 heritage off to them to fix a headlight issue. Bike was returned with several dings in the paint job done by the techs. They agreed to fix damage, so after waiting for paint to come in we again dropped off bike and was told it would take 4 days to repair. 4 day comes bike not ready, next day still not ready, finally go and sit for hrs today because bike still not ready, when they finally finish bike and its given back to us it looks like they just slapped paint on top of the dings and didn't repair damage. This after we paid extra for a complete service of bike recently and finding complete split in back tire and then that brakes were bad. So why did we pay for a complete service if it wasn't done and why was bike returned damaged by techs. If you want ur bike back on time, in working condition,undamaged and properly taken care of then I would not recommend at all. Ridiculous amount to spend...
