Partners II Pizza — Restaurant in Tyrone

I loved trying this restaurant yesterday and loved the amazing, sweet and professional staff. Taylor my server is very sweet, amazing and helpful as well as the manager Amanda! I love how this restaurant is honest and upfront with what I can have as I am a strict Vegan with many food allergies especially to cheese, butter, milk, eggs, meat, seafood and I was served well! I love the Vegan pizza with regular crust as vegan and vegan non-dairy cheese with veggies, loved the spaghetti and its rolls and salad with vegan cheese. Will def be coming back and glad Tyrone is 10 min from my town Fairburn!

For some reason earlier today, I didn't hear a friendly tone from whom I spoke with and when I arrived I didn't sense the enthusiastic greeting like before? Wonder of such when I try to best I can?

I don't understand last time i went the manager and others didn't seem friendly or cold for no reason when I always have acted my best. The newnan location has staff...

Blown away right now. We ordered a pizza, Cesar salad and fried pickles directly from their website. We also paid a $6.99 delivery fee thinking we were supporting a small business. The Cesar dressing was completely busted open in the bag with the salad and fried pickles, literally drenching everything in salad dressing. I called the restaurant (since thats where I ordered from) who was quick to inform me that they take no responsibility for that and that I need to call the delivery driver. Super confused and immediately annoyed, I actually asked if she was being serious. She said yes she was, it's not on them and to contact the delivery driver. Apparently if you order and pay through their website, they then use a 3rd party service. So that $6.99 I paid is actually for Postmates and not the restaurant even though thats where I ordered from. Be warned. So now, we have a salad with no salad dressing and fried pickles covered in Cesar....

1st time.. The service was over the top when it comes to being helpful and friendly. The food was good but the pizza dough felt undercooked. It was good but a little slime like texture. Overall it was a good experience. Male Server was over the top in customer service

We came back for a 2nd time and the experience was different. Female Server never came to refill our drinks or ask if everything is ok. Short on plates so had to get up and get it ourself. After this experience I will not be bringing my family here again. They rather clean up and talk in the back a whole hour and a half before store closes. Wasn't even busy.

Sorry to the first server but the rating has to be a 1 because of this experience. Customer service is what I look for and this place...
