Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Uhrichsville

The nearest papa John's is a couple towns over so on Valentines Day we decided to order pizza from there now my husband passes this pizza shop so he picks it up on his way home I call order the pizza's and Heather ask for address I give it she says we don't deliver there I said I don't want it delivered its for pick up her response is oh I place the order and my husband calls 45 minutes later no pizza I call talk to Heather she said they lost the order ask me why didn't he reorder it and wait for it??? I ask to speak to management and Sara gets on and precedes to belittle me for bothering her on such a busy night very rude not trying to make it right in any way until I mentioned this happened once before...we love papa John's pizza and are disappointed that we were treated this way more than once at this location we won't be going back...

I went there to pick up my order and they forgot the cookie that was on the same order so I had to wait on them to make that then I get home and I’m missing a pizza and i called the store to inform them that it was missing one and had to go back to get it then I go out to my truck and look at it to make sure it was right and it was messed up again, so then I went back into the store and told them the order was messed up again the woman who was the manager threw a pissy fit because she didn’t want to remake my order when this was a pizza they messed up on before from a previous order. Horrible service. Figured I would give them a second chance after the first time ... You call in to some call center that speaks in a foreign language... Tells you your pickup time is 15 minutes, only to get there and the girl is the only one working and has not even put the cheese on our papadias yet... Says it will be an additional 10 minutes. And proceeds to tell me that the customers "are really trying her patience tonight" umm no problem ...we will continue to go to Domino's from now on who I can order from in 10 minutes and have it delivered hot and steaming...
