If only i could put 0 i would but only 1 is the lowest.. i went to amelia's today in between 11-12pm to dine in at first every is good cuhs we been eating here for awhile but today we experienced a Bad Customer SERVICE from the OWNER to be exact.. i just told my friend to check if mybe they forgot about us we just need the menu so we can descide wat to order because we know its getting packed and we dont want to take time to decide then all of a sudden the lady that happens to be the OWNER of AMELIA'S said be patient and dont get angry because were packed and busy and we have the right to REFUSE u guys and she even stated that were being mean to her server.. first i said why u gonna rufuse to serve us? we didnt even do anything we just ask if mybe u guys forget about us and just give us the MENU... and we didnt even do anything to ur server we even told her to smile cuhs we know its tiring then ur server put up her eyebrows on me with an attitude. And the OWNER walked away and didnt even bother talking to me in NICE manner way when she Said im the OWNER of this RESTAURANT while she saying that shes even raising her two arms.. i even told her can we talk and she started walking away.. like is this really a customer service? I been in management position 2x in a row Jollibee and Arby's but i never treat my customer even when their mad i gotta to be polite. Specially If ur the OWNER!! Not by just attacking ur customer like that. we didnt went there for FREE were paying wat ur serving to us! And how dare the OWNER said customer is always right But the OWNER is the one attackin us? Common sense if u can read this or management.. study wat Customer Service means give them Management Quiz so they'll have knowledge wats the real Customer Service Means.. before using the word "CUSTOMER SERVICE" .. "DRESS CODE"should be a proper clothing and Hairnet. Specially ur the owner serving in Restaurant Were talking about food here not going to the GYM.. wearing a Spandex Untied hair down without Hairnet.. u should be a good influence to ur employee by wearing Proper clothing and a proper Hairnet is a MUST! Because ur serving Quality Food to people! so u guys should serve us in Professional Way too! Were paying for ur SERVICE...
