Harbor View Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Unalaska

Beside the view, everything else there is disaster, from serving to staff and food. We have ordered at the bar after 20 minutes of being ignored at the table an Appetizer combo #2, which consist of wings, loaded fries and mozzarella sticks, and a portion of spicy tots. Got asked if i want chicken nuggets for that, i said no, wings please. So, after another 20 mins, the wings and the spicy tots reached our table, asked if thats all, because we ordered combo, and said ohh yeah, will bring the rest, 15mins after got the mozzarella sticks, still no loaded fries, again asked for the fries, again 15mins passing got the fries and a portion of wings, asked the bartender if that's extra, and said no, its part of the combo. Didn't eat the wings because the first one were disaster, and got up to the bar to pay the bill. Got 1 extra portion of wings on the bill, said that i didn't order that, and the answer was i shouldn't have eaten them then. Answered that I didn't, and the bloody reply was, to bad, you anyway have to pay for it. Typical money hungry place. To bad there is no option to...

This guys are charging automatically 18% of the amount you spent if you do not return them the signed copy of their receipt. I left tips as well and my signed receipt with the pen was taken from the table by the waitress. But even do, my card was charged more then that. I was served by Luezel E. (Server 206). Good job.
