Dunkin' — Restaurant in Union Charter Township

First off I've been waiting a whle for the Dunkin' donuts to come back to Mount Pleasant and it's back I go on day number two the drive-thru lines really long so I decided to go in I go in I waited at the donut Case girl finally walks up to me and says did you have an order I said no I would like to pick up some donuts please and she says we're closed in the lobby you'll have to go wait in the drive-thru and I'm like I would just like to buy a dozen donuts she said we cannot wait on you inside I've then asked are you serious? She responded yes We cannot wait anybody inside so my suggestion to the general public or anybody who's thinking of going here If you do not want to wait in the drive-thru or use their app please wait a couple months before you go here It was pretty chaotic obviously the management was new to the business to nobody really understood what was going on I understand it's day two but for a big place like that they should have somebody that knows what they're doing and obviously nobody here does so unless you want to wait in the drive-thru line or going to an unknown mess I would just completely avoid the place after all is just Dunkin' donuts now like it's anything special Frozen donuts baked again but I'd like to give them a try...

I had the opportunity to work at Dunkin and the marathon side, and I must say that the establishment itself is remarkable. However, I must admit that the management there leaves much to be desired. The team lacks cohesion and there is constant conflict. Additionally, the working hours are not ideal. I understand that finding suitable employees for Dunkin can be challenging, but I cannot stress enough how mentally draining this job is in Mount Pleasant. The focus is always on the negative aspects and spreading rumors, which made it difficult for me to function properly at work. I experienced multiple instances of harassment from two shift leads, only to be told that it wasn't true. Despite the abundance of overtime, they would reprimand you for not leaving on time, even when there were only two people working. This lack of fairness is disheartening. In the long run, they will go to great lengths to shift blame onto you. Unless there is a change in leadership, I will never work for them again. Shift leads hold their positions for a reason - they should be the ones guiding and acting as adults, not manipulating and controlling others. Listen...., I am very disappointed. I grew up in Redford down next to Detroit so we had a Dunkin Donuts on every corner at one point in time... There was powdered or sugar coated jelly donuts (raspberry and cherry) chocolate custard.... Powdered custard..... But the ones that always made my mouth water were their glazed donuts,!!!! Well let's just say this one isn't going to make it the way they are running it. I am not saying I could do better. But I would havevalmt the very least the 3 main flavored donuts were up till u closed... They just closed and have about 3 or 4 stacked boxes of donuts going home with them because they are closing and those are left overs. Seemed like a lot of leftovers to me though. Just saying. I won't go back. The one donut flavor they had when I was able to buy one was glazed. That's it. Nothing less nothing more. Should have went to Walmart honestly their glazed donuts are amazing rn too. Maybe next time. But this is my 2nd time trying to get some custard and jelly donuts. Nothing very disappointed. Maybe next time. I hate to sound like a Linda. But damn I don't have a lot of money and it just sucks get some new employees s or something not sure what...
