Starbucks — Restaurant in Union City

What a nightmare! Beware of employee named Vanessa. She's very agressive, snaps at the drop of a dime and threatens to kick you out if you don't submit to her malicious contempt. I don't usually drink Starbucks coffee, but I needed a quick pick me up after 15 hours on the road. A friend suggested I order an Americano. When I took my 1st sip, I noticed it didn't have any cream or sugar. I asked for some, and Vanessa started yelling at me in front of customers and her co-workers. I explained that I drink McDonald's coffee and this is my first time getting an Americano. She continued to yell at me as I was pleading with her to please stop yelling. I then proceeded to explain that I have kids older than her, and to please be respectful. She then kicked me out of the store, because I kept pleading for her to PLEASE STOP BEING SO AGRESSIVE AND YELLING AT ME. I don't know if Vanessa is drinking too much coffee or if she's having serious life issues. Either way, I just wanted a strong cup of coffee without a young person going off on me. Went here on Saturday noon, ordered via Grubhub app for a coffee. Waited outside in my car for 15 mins just for a confirmation on the app saying it is ready to pickup but nope, I thought the shop was busy but also a nope. They should atleast confirm from the app it is ready so I don't need to wait in my car. I don't want to come inside to check my order because I have my dog in the car and I cannot leave him for a while (waiting in the shop and let him alone in my car). I then came inside, just 2 customers, my order seems done for while and the guy who served me had his earphone while working, did not seem to care of anyone. Traffic sucks, though it is a good location for those commuting down 238. Starbucks does NOT keep their trash bins clean! It looks disgusting and it's not fair to the community that shares the building.

Interesting... the outside trash bin is now gone. No more giant mess in front if the building! Lets see if their workers start to tend to their trash that their customers leave all over the parking lot in front of their location. It's too bad that their solutuion to their problem is to remove their trash bin rather than just dump their own trash, lol (Who does that?) Fingers crossed this remains a positive change though!
