Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Union Gap

Fast and great service too. Also the pizza and pizza sticks are fantastic and well very delicious to boot. There driver is fast but since we live close to the store it ready in no time and very hot ready to go when I pick it up. Friendly employees and always very help and also nice and pleasant too. They greet you with a smile and smile when you leave making you want to come back again and very soon at that. I give them two thumbs and 4 stars rating also. Recommend to anyone that loves pizza and other taste food on there menu. Good prices and great deals and last to mention fantastic specials and great daily meal and deals. So don't miss out on a chance to have a nice family meal that affordable and close by your area. So stop by and bring the whole family or your bestfriends for lunch, dinner or for a party even a late night dinner with the spouse and a movie too. I promise you will be very happy and very satisfied that you stopped bye and won't regret it at all. This is my review of Domino's pizza and my alone opinion. You make your own choose but I feel you will be happy and also it well worth the food, money, and your time and effort believe me or other or just try for yourself. I hope this help you decide if you want there pizza and other foods there too. So be happier and have a slice of Domino's Pizza off of Washington Avenue and Third Avenue across from the United States Postal Services Office. Be careful when drive there and not to speed because there are allows police in that area. Yakima police and Union Gap police too. So where a seat belt and no texting for your safety and others please. Also then you won't get a costly ticket for speeding, seat belt, and third texting while drive. That a big ticket to pay, right? Ordered a chicken and bacon pizza with ranch as sauce. The pizza, no exaggeration, had no sauce at all—it was dry as cardboard, and certainly not something I’d pay for. When I called about it, a man offered a store credit, which I accepted—he then abruptly hung up the phone without giving me any store credit, or elaborating further. When I called back a few minutes later, a different person answered, who insisted she did put sauce on it (even though I had literally been holding a sauceless slice in my hands, once again, dry as paper.) I really don’t see what the point in lying is, I just want a properly made pizza lol

She ended up telling me the store credit would be applied to my phone number, so at least I didn’t suddenly get hung up on a second time. Very disappointed, just a waste of a Saturday dinner. Do better, please. Normally they do pretty good, but this was just terrible. I plan on making spaghetti tonight, instead of dry pizza with slightly burnt crust 🤷‍♀️

Edit: I added a photo so you can see they intentionally made it without sauce, even though I selected ranch—so the “Yes, we did put sauce on it” claim is false. Again, don’t understand...

Ok so I picked up 4 pizzas and those bread bite 16 ct I saw the total was 55$ no problem sounds reasonable for all that I check my receipt it was supposed to be only 38$ so decided to just do the customer chat thing and was willing to wait the 10$ or a response from the online customer support my issue was when my brother called the location and the LADY was talking to him with ATTITUDE and telling him that I need to go to the BANK to dispute it like what kind of customer service is THAT OVER 10 dollars giving that much attitude saying I only paid 38$ when I saw the little card reader CLEARLY said 55$ the only REASON I didn’t say anything was because I didn’t know my brother ordered with the promos they had than when I got home 30 minutes AWAY I was NOT driving back for 10 dollars you know WHAT forgot the 10$ I’m UPSET with how the lady handled the situation speaking with ATTITUDE for no reason at ALL terrible...
