Major's Burgers on 3rd — Restaurant in Union Gap

This morning an associate and i were scheduled to meet with a client over lunch to close a business deal. The client was late in arriving so my associate and I set down to wait. My associate went to use the restroom to freshen up before the clients arrival. She returned to where we were seated sooner than expected and explained that the restroom required a code to enter it and that she had asked a young man working at a register for such code. She said that the gentleman looked at her attire and replied that she was not a paying customer so he wasn't going to provide the code. We grabbed our coats and left. I would never again consider spending a dime in such an embarrassing establishment. I will take my business elsewhere. This was very uncalled for behavior and there is no excuse for such. I am a long time customer who orders from Majors on 3rd Ave at minimum twice a week. My co workers and I always order from this location on 3rd Ave as well! Today I called in my breakfast sandwich order not realizing I called the Majors on Lincoln. I pulled up and the gentleman at the drive thru on 3rd Ave refused to take my ordered and told me the restaurant on Lincoln had my order not his fault I called the wrong restaurant & I needed to go to the other restaurant. I apologize for calling the incorrect restaurant asked if he could please have them cancel and I will place a new order on 3rd. Again he refused! I am beyond disappointed and angry at the horrible customer service he provided. I hope no one else experiences this service from that location! I also tried calling to speak to a manager and couldn’t get in touch...

It's basically on par with Dads Burger in Toppenish but more expensive and cheaper than Miners in Yakima. Burger, fries/onion rings, and coffee/soda will run around 11$-14$. Serving size is better than most restaurants. I liked what I got being Fried Chicken Sandwich, Onion Rings, and coffee.

So flavor takes is this, Coffee is pretty good and they will make fresh pot. Onion Rings are a crispier batter with a taste of onion unlike many others and don't fall apart. Chicken sandwich I won't say is home made but it's good. Non special menu you can add most vegitables free of charge and pick sauces.

Open late and good quality food. Service might be slower and it's not going to be McDonalds fast on drive thru. Overall very good and portions...
