Burger King — Restaurant in Union Township

After clarifying several times what I needed on one of our sandwiches, it still came out wrong and overcooked. Was never offered a dipping sauce for chicken nuggets. Was refunded amount of meal by the person running the window, with no prompting by me, which was a kind gesture, and why I gave 2 stars, but would have preferred the food was just prepared correctly.

In general anytime we visit a BK our meal is made incorrectly, whether it's the one near home or if we're on the road. The new chicken sandwich was a fast favorite that has become disappointing as well. The last three times we've ordered one, it has been overcooked and impossible to bite through.

Clearly there is a management and QC issue at the top for the same issues to be recurring branch after branch....And we do not frequent BK on a regular basis so these are not 1 in a 100 visit occurrences. This is 95% of the time there is an error of some kind. I suggest BK do a reevaluation of how they are running and training their staff,...

This Burger King was definitely one of the worse ones I've been to. i felt like the cashier was kinda awkward or something since every so often she would giggle after we would tell her the order. But mainly she wasn't completely hearing what we ordered and kinda winged it. The onion rings were cold and mushy, the strawberry freeze with nerds would of been better if the freeze was made when it was ordered and not sitting they also forgot the nerds so had to ask for them. Also ordered a original chick sandwich witch sadly was the only thing that was correct and tasted decent, the jr whooper I ordered was barley warm and when I asked to add cheese and no onions they managed to forget the cheese as well as put onions on the sandwich. So if you do decide to go to this Burger King definitely go in the evening we had hot onion rings and everything was correct...

3 different workers on same visit were rude and had bad hearing. They dropped my change on ground outside, 2 different workers didnt hear me and went ahead without my full amount of money then got mad at me. 3rd worker got upset when I asked her for some sauce since I had 4 meals and no sauce. So I asked the 2nd time and still was only given 2 again and with the rudest attitude and frustrated and disgusted look on her face and walking away. And had no respect that I heard everything cuz I was still at the window. I was very patient with them and kind and picked up the change on the ground.

Wendy's was much nice to me right near by and I even had to cancel my order cuz I had a gift card for Burger King. And Wendy's was super nice...
