Dine in is usually fine. Ordered delivery and the salad was measly compared to what you get at the restaurant. Also…the box was closed with staples. Luckily, I noticed, but I would HIGHLY recommend checking the boxes for staples and be careful when you open your food (that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, Grammas). Fries were severely over cooked and pretty much inedible. And finally - somehow the bread of my hoagie was rubbery. Not sure how you pull off that one. We’ve decided we won’t order carry out or delivery any more.

Normally we get what we order but today was different. I got a Hot Ham and cheese and requested no lettuce, tomato or mayo but wanted extra onion and doubled checked to make sure they understood my request. I got it with everything instead, dripping in mayo gross. We had to go get the fixed sandwich so I had something to eat (which meant my husbands food was cold). They just said sorry. Didn't offer anything for our trouble. It will be awhile before we order again.

Crispy-crunchy, ooey-gooey is how I would describe the Hawaiian pizza and the Jalapeno Poppers. These were cooked perfectly and served by very kind wait staff. I enjoyed these delicious eats while I watched the Reds game in their dinning area. Had a great time!

Let me start out by saying, every.single.time i order fron this location it takes FOREVER to get my food... but today did it for me, i will never again order a thing from this place. It started out with the woman answering the phone being so rude... which is typical for this store so i shrugged it off and placed an order for 2 sandwiches, told it would take 45 min. Ok, fine i can deal with a 45 min wait. An hour and 20 min passes so i call to ask what the hold up is, then am told by the same rude woman that my order is on the way. Ok , 20 min later still nothing, so i call back to cancel my order and a very nice different girl apologized and tells me the manager is personally driving my order to me and its free. 10 min later a guy calls me to say hes at my door with my order but alas nobody is at my door so i again call back up there to tell them about the phone call and she says a guy? My manager is a woman she should be there, well guess what? Shes not! Finally some young boy knocks on the door with my food trying to charge me for it!!! I tell him they said it was free but now he starts getting lipy with me for being upset about my 2 hour wait wanting a tip!!! I work in a restaurant and i am appalled by the so called "service" i recieved. I will never in my life give this establishment a dime out of my pocket, it was terrible! Not to mention the food was cold from sitting so long sandwiches over cooked too hard to eat and the fries were barely...

Ordered tonight at 5pm, big mama with pepperoni and a cup of garlic sauce, 2 hours later the food shows up, and they refuse to come in a hotel style apartment, so met them at the door, open the box and it’s literally cheese bread as a big mama and cold, no sauce, no pepperoni, call and they say well you said you wanted garlic sauce, no it Says cup, under sides on the receipt and still no pepperonis?! It’s under the cheese, no sir it’s not, it’s under the cheese, it’s not, well let me write down your order and we’ll send another out, thank you! And 1.5 later they of course have to be met at the door again. open the box and it’s a big mama’s pepperoni with sauce this time along with pineapple?!!! Were did pineapple come in! Like literally wasted 4 hours and 50$ sad part is dine in the same way, no chances left with me busy or not, stop taking orders if your staff can’t handle a Friday night in eastgate in 2023! like get your ** together your father established a brand! And that brand is now bar food...

I have been eating food from this Grammas location ever since I can remember. I have always love their food. I know the owners of this store, Withamsville, and Amelia personally. They always treat my family and myself like we are part of their family. If there is ever an issue with the food it it always promptly remade and served quickly. Delivery times are kinda long most of the time because the Mt. Carmel location is super busy all the time, but no other issues as far as food is concerned. I will admit that there have been a few waitresses in the past that have been completely incompetent or rude as hell. Thank God they don't work there any longer. The best waitress I have had in there is Angie, and she usually works days. She is the sweetest woman I have ever met. The best cooks in the Mt. Carmel location are Seneca and Donald. Always make everything perfect! If you get a chance, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop in this restaurant and try their food. Promise they will not...
