We have eaten this location several times, none of them have been great. But this is the Worst Grammas Ever! Just ordered take out, had to wait almost a half hour when the guy said 8 minutes when we walked in. Then get the food home and everything was cold like it had been in the refrigerator. My daughter's steak hoagie was the worst, not even edible. The other hoagies weren't much better, nothing grilled or toasted. Cold chicken strips, no taste whatsoever. So, I called and let the manager know what was going on and he said " Sorry about that." That's it nothing else at all. After we just spent over $40 on undercooked, flavorless, terrible food, that's all we got, an insincere "Sorry about that." Not even an explanation at all, that's likely why the food is terrible. Never, Ever, will we eat there again. Now with that being said, I do LOVE Grammas Pizza, this is not bashing them all, ONLY Withamsville is Terrible. Amelia, Owensville, Bethel, are ALL EXCELLENT. Just don't waste you...
Read moreJuly 7th I recently ordered a large pepperoni pizza for delivery upon receiving this my friend and I went to eat our pizza it was doughy. Worst pizza I have ever ordered!! I then proceeded to call the store to speak to a manger there was no manager on duty. I ask for a credit or two steak hoagies because after taking a bite of the doughy pizza I was sick to my stomach. Robert and a girl that I spoke to at the restaurant told me that they could only replace my pizza. They refused to make this right. They told me to put it back in the oven and eat it. I told them I was gonna dispute the charge and they told me they would never take another order from me. The owner was out of town and they would do nothing to help me. I will never order from this location again. I even offered to bring the entire pizza to them even though I paid for a delivery charge and tipped the driver. Very bad...

On July 7th, 2024, we ordered a Deluxe Pizza without green peppers from Grammas Pizza place where we place a carry order twice a week. To our disappointment, the pizza was predominantly covered with cheese and mushrooms, with hardly any sausage or pepperoni.
When we brought this to the attention of a young team member with blonde hair and a hat, he refused to remake the pizza. He mentioned they were out of bacon and shockingly expressed indifference about potentially losing our business.
Adding to our dismay, the team member ran his finger through one of the squares to check for toppings, a gesture we found unprofessional and unsanitary.
One bad experience like this can indeed influence word-of-mouth reputation, and businesses can start to lose customers. We hope the management takes note of this incident and ensures better service...
