McDonald's — Restaurant in Union Township

If your in a hurry I suggest you just go home and make a 5 course meal it would be done before a simple hamburger. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a double hamburger and a mcchicken large fry and small fry 2 ranch. I received a hamburger 2 mcchickens 2 sweet and sour. I was the only person in line.....I went back around and a truck had pulled up he sat at the second window for 5 mins just me and him so I backed up to the first window. The girl in the window clearly seen me ignoring me for a good 5 mins more....then she came to the window I told her my order was wrong she told me to move forward so I did... the lady at the second window took another couple mins to come to the window then argued with me for not receiving a receipt.....then I was asked to pull forward....really now 20 mins had past....I told the young man who asked me to move forward no I had already waited over 20mins.....surprisingly within 30sec my order was corrected.....the people are rude and disrespectful....the service is beyond slow...and they can't seem to ever get a order right...thanks I was late for my...

I live 2 min from this location and visit it quite frequently and I’ve never had any bad things to say. But after the events of today I had to say something I went through the drive through ordered a sausage egg McGriddle 2 hash browns 3 oatmeal an orange juice and iced coffee. I drove the two minutes home and the sandwich and hash browns were Luke warm. Then I also noticed they forgot to give me my orange juice... so I politely called and talked to the manager who was more than helpful.. so I loaded back into my car and made the trip back to McDonald’s when I got there the manager had stepped out so I was dealing with a lady at this point explained the situation and she proceeded to tell me that she had been making hash browns fresh all morning and she never sold 3 oatmeal’s in one transaction! And then also told me that they couldn’t give me the orange juice I payed money for and never received. But she did replace my sandwich and hash browns and gave me apples from the kids meals. Honestly if you want to work at a McDonalds make sure they know EXACTLY your schedule but I wouldn’t recommend this one too many people getting fired or quitting because the GM can’t catch up do her job properly. I was wrongfully termed so now I’m taking things in my own consideration and make sure I get some type of justice since HR ain’t doing anything as well. A CPS visit is mandatory and so is schooling she scheduled me on the 6th of august and expected me to drop school and come to work than did the same with my CPS visit and I called off 2 hours ahead of my scheduled time including bringing paperwork in as well as showing proof of legal documentation!!!! I have explained where my priorities lies which are my kids come first as well as my schooling and my job. At this point she wasn’t being compliant with my visitations or schooling and just didn’t care. I caught her one Sunday saying out loud with an ignorant attitude “ boo-hoo she has a visit” she just doesn’t care and the person I’m speaking...
