Dunkin' — Restaurant in Union

On Aug 3,2018 @ 6:45PM Never been to a Dunkin Donuts so unprofessional, rude, & unorganized. From the start the worker at the time was cursing with there fellow employees. Did not bother me as much until I told him kindly if he can remake my coffee since it tasted water down. All he did was add another pump of caramel and told me to drink it. It still tasted disgusting and I still kindly asked for a new one. He told his other employee to just give me back my money that I’m not making another one. I was shocked! literally every time I come here my order is wrong. I order two donuts, get one. I order my coffee with liquid sugar and they just give me granulated. I don't know if anyone in the Dunkin is smart enough to understand that if you get an ICED drink, GRANULATED auger DOES NOT MELT. There's like two girls that work here that are nice, but the rest are totally rude and the manager is also always very rude. I don't write reviews for places, but this place got me so heated. it's not rocket science it's donuts and coffee, please get your ish...

Me n my father are truck drivers and frequently stop at this dunkin donuts for coffee or breakfast, but the staff tend to slack off on their duty by not paying attention to customers orders...if I ask for well tosted bagel that means i want well toasted bagel..if the store is too busy for them handle them the management need to hire more employees, but you gotta keep up with the customers need..I need to enjoy my breakfast that's why I come and give you my hard earned money!!!
