Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Union

This place is the best. My husband drives a semi and after a long day we my husband, our two children & myself were very hungry. My husband called the restaurant on June 7th around 4 am and explained that we were in a semi could we come to through the drive thru and order? The gentleman who answered Shane couldn't have been any nicer and was happy to take our order at the window. The food was great but what really made our day is how nice and polite both Shane & Rosanna were. We were so grateful to them for serving us. Before getting to the restaurant we stopped at a Jack in the box in Troy Illinois were the staff there were completely rude and refused to serve us through the drive thru. My grandson and I decided to stop by the Jack in the box here in Union, Missouri. So we ordered our food and I told her that I had to take him to the restroom to change his pull up. So it's a one person restroom and I knocked on the door but somebody was in there and the only thing you can hear on the other side of the door was the person in their constantly lighting a lighter so then when I went into the bathroom after this person came out which was an employee. It smelled really funny in the bathroom and it wasn't cigarettes or marijuana. I just don't understand how the employee can be in the bathroom. Doing that whenever you walk in the place is disgusting. The tables are gross the floor you are sticking to and they just didn't care. When I mentioned that they were wrong for someone in the bathroom smoking, they all just kept...

Eased in for a bite about 50 minutes before closing time. Ordered the Buttery Garlic Burger, with onion rings. Food was delivered quickly, hot, fresh, and pleasing to the palate. The burger was juicy and cooked just right, the bun light and full, the garlic butter gives everything a pleasant taste.

The rings were crisp with a good bite. I enjoyed their crunch. I dined in, staff was helpful and pleasant, they were keeping the place tidy, and preparing to close while I was there.

They have a Freestyle soft drink machine that seemed to be well-stocked with choices. I didn't see any grayed-out items, and they had my fovirite Diet Dr Pepper, with flavor options, but I had mine plain, which is my usual choice. Cup was Styrofoam, keeping the drink cold.
