Taco Bell — Restaurant in Union

This Taco Bell is absolutely unprofessional, unpleasant and the staff are the most ignorant, disrespectful employees who can't separate themselves from their work. The staff is incapable of getting your order correct every time. After the last time that they got our order wrong we called the manager and he said there would be no problem and to simply bring up the receipt. When we did the manager got an attitude and said he just got over COVID. He refused to fill our order properly and said he would only give us what we got last time which was not what we ordered. It was completely wrong! I do not recommend this store at all. I deserves 5 negative stars. The service and quality are terrible. I would go to a different Taco Bell. And Que Pasa Mexican Restaurant has authentic Mexican food for so much cheaper for 2 people and the food is excellent. Save your money and don't waste it on the absolute incompetence of the Taco Bell staff and extremely poor quality of food they provide. Not to mention that anyone can deal without their rude and...

Ordered tacos and nachos. My tacos had no lettuce or cheese…. My nachos had nothing but meat and cheese. The food looked so poor quality, I just threw it away. Maybe if they would have included the sauces I asked for as well I would have been able to stomach the food. Too bad it doesn’t allow me to take a picture and post it to my review. It was not busy, there is no excuse for such slop coming out of there. I expect this from high school aged children not adults old enough to be my mother’s age. Probably the worst Taco Bell experience in my 39 years… If I could give a negative star review I would. It was very disappointing to drive all the way home just to throw my food away and it wasn’t worth my time to go back. That was so bad Taco Bell should revoke the owners franchise due to reputational risk. If you guys can’t make the food look like the pictures then you have no business in this business. This isn’t rocket science...

VERY VERY few product (meat cheese beans etc ) inside/on the taco shells, burritos, pizza, chalupa, basically ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you get from is OVERLY priced. You can go to a sit down local Mexican restaurant and get a drive get a sit down Mexican dinner with so much more food for the price compared then taco bell. For instance you can get a full order of nachos and I recommend the fajita nachos and get steak and chicken both in nachos. So good! So many toppings and cheese plus a bag of extra chips and salsa they have the white queso cheese all in nachos FOR LIKE 11$! Taco bell although They used to be so good and they still are BUT between the lack of ingredients and the high insane prices. a sit down Mexican restaurant is the win now days. So sad this has happened...
