Luciani's is a gem in our community. There are two phenomenal items my wife and I are loyal to. One is the Italian white pizza! It is fantastic and creamy from the ricotta. We add mushroom or spinach sometimes. It is always perfectly cooked, crispy crust and firm, not floppy dough! Excellent. However, we love the stromboli! It is next level. Sometimes you buy stromboli and on the ends it is just dough....not at Lucinis! Ingredients in the sublime stromboli from tip to tip. Always perfectly cooked with just the right amount of mozzarella! Sauce on the side is perfect and it is delicious to. You can tell when a sauce is homemade and this surely is! The family that owns this place is very nice and just fantastic cooks. We love the food here and have been customers for about 9 years and never had one bad item, bad meal or bad experience. Lucianis is fantastic and my wife and i are hooked. This pizza shop is lucky their food is great. Overall service was good until tonight..1/20/17 Keep in mind, we order frequently from them and tonight we spent $65.00 + $5 delivery tip. The online system does not allow you to customize cheesesteak orders (can only 'select' 1 condiment from a drop-down, so you are forced to write additional items in the comments area. So here's where it gets unreasonable and becomes poor customer service... I called to make them aware that our 3 cheesesteaks had none of what we ordered on them except the one item. The guy was pretty cocky and condescending and would not accommodate us for mucking up our order and stated "pickles and ketchup are free but the mushrooms are an up-charge" ....seriously? On a $65.00-incorrect-frequent-customer order...really dude. Ok, we'll definitely be having a word with the owner... I will let you know how that goes and re-write review accordingly; For now,...

I stopped here after a 3 hour drive and wanted to get a few slices before I went to the hotel. When I got there they had no slices. I did not know it when I placed the order but the worker (I think the owner... maybe?) made a pizza right in front of me in about 60 seconds and he said it would be about 3-4 min since the oven was so hot. I was even happier ordering slices and having a fresh pizza made just for me. It took about 5 min from when I walked in until I had my slices. The price was not bad, I will definitely be back as they deliver to the Hilton Garden Inn about a mile away.
