Worst Dunkin’ I‘ve ever visited. Sadly it’s the closest to my house, so I gave them quite a few chances. Whether it’s the poor customer service, the fact that they never tell you the total until you get to the window, or charging you for every single thing they possibly can... Me and my family have been all around disappointed every time we went. I get the same drink every time, and every time it’s a different total. Last time I went, my drink & 1 wake up wrap was $11.16. I was extremely confused so I asked for a receipt. He purposely gave me the wrong receipt for someone else’s order, so I had to pull around again to get the real one. He starred at it for a while before giving it to me, and I figured out why. They charged me for things I’ve never been charged for in nearly any state on the east coast. I looked up Dunkins’ all around, they are the only one who will charge you $8 for a drink that should cost $5. Me & my family will not be...

I like going here on Sundays. My Mom ( aged 80, w/dementia ) & I ( A male, aged 59, w/ a peg leg ) buy lots of stuff & 95% of the time the order comes through correctly, but if it is wrong they ( usually Sunny ) will come out to our table & straighten it out right away. I get the feeling that they like us coming to their business! Sunny always comes to our table & chit chats with us, he is very friendly to us. Sometimes Sunny, even sings while he works, witch is very uplifting. My Mom & I play cards, search the Internet & just generally spend an hour or two catching up on each other’s lives there. I've been coming here for probably close to 5 or 6 years, off & on. I used to work across the street & when I started there is when I started going to this Dunkin Donuts, with my mom. She passed a few years ago & I now work northwest from here, but I still make it a point to come to this one, only. I've always loved the service, the staff & the food. The manager is so warm & welcoming. It's nice to see her & talk to her when I stop in. She's one of the key reasons I keep going back & make this Dunkin Donuts the only...
