In honor of our one year anniversary, we’re posting a new review with updated photos. This venue is everything that I had ever dreamed about. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking and makes you feel like you’re in another world. Everywhere you look are rolling hills, luscious grape leaves blooming about and mountain tops in the distance. We began working with Stony Run at a wonderful wine tasting at the winery down the road from the newest venue. We toured the venue and Larry helped get us situated. Every step of the way we had support from the Stony Run team. They are so accessible and reply in a swift manner. The wedding industry can be tough and often untrustworthy but working with Larry and the Stony Run team made me feel secure and acknowledged. The day of, Larry made sure the venue was cleaned up and everything was in position. For those celebrating their ceremony in a church, you can see Saint Mary’s Catholic Church from the top of the vineyard (the church that we used). Overall, I could not recommend this venue more. The wine was delicious, and everything was genuinely magical. Looking back at our photos, we felt the need to post new ones so that people could get a better idea...

Stony Run's wines are in a class of its own. All estate grown. Everything to please from sweet to dry to sparkling. All the people are so friendly. The wine educator, Caroline, doesn't just serve you but she guides you through a fun educational tasting. She actually listened to what I liked and by that got me to try some wines I never even heard of like Albarino and Petite Verdo. She's actually a Certified Sommelier so knows her stuff so while teaching us about wines and pairings she also exposed me to knew wines. I bought a few and will be coming back seeking her out. If you want more than just service and unbelievable wines and want an experience, go to Stony Run and ask for Caroline. She's better than any other winery I've been to and I like my wine so have been to a lot. Thanks for great wine and a...

Stony Run Winery is a real gem. The tasting room has a relaxed, welcoming feel, and the views are beautiful—perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and unwinding.

George, the seasoned sommelier, and his team are fantastic. They’re knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about wine, making the tasting experience enjoyable whether you’re a seasoned wine lover or just starting out. The staff does a great job of offering recommendations based on your tastes, which makes the whole experience feel personal.

The wines are excellent, with a nice variety to choose from. Whether you prefer white or red, there’s something here for everyone.

Overall, it’s a great place to spend an afternoon, relax, and enjoy the surroundings. By the end of your visit, you’ll feel like part of the...

The venue was for my daughter’s graduation party. I had nothing but a GREAT experience with the event coordinator (Bethany). The lines of communication were always open. We were able to have 20 tables set up too. Space was great and room for dancing as well. The venue was as beautiful as I hoped it to be. They were very flexible with our decorating ideas. The wine was phenomenal as well. Thank you for the great experience! The bar tender was such a pleasant person to have to deal with as well.

The winery overall is nice. The tasting room has a large bar with a fireplace and some seating. There is also seating on and below the deck outside that offers nice views. I enjoyed their red wines, but also felt the prices of some of the bottles were a little high. We ordered a charcuterie board and really enjoyed it while relaxing on the back patio. I do think this place would benefit from scheduling more staff, as it was a bit busy on a Saturday, and there was a bit of a wait.
