Franks Deli & Farm Market — Restaurant in Upper Mount Bethel Township

I've visited this place three times in the past week, and every visit has been outstanding. The food is consistently fresh and packed with flavor! On top of that, the staff is always warm and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.

Yesterday, I placed a large order and had to call later to resolve an issue. Michelle (apologies if I got the spelling wrong) handled everything with incredible patience and professionalism. When I returned today, the staff was already informed about the situation, so I didn’t have to explain it all over again. They resolved everything seamlessly and efficiently, which truly impressed me.

This level of service reaffirms why we keep coming back, and we’ll definitely remain loyal customers.

I have always enjoyed Frank's deli's food, but what prompted me to leave this review is their generosity. There was a big power outage in our area and I was so happy to see Frank's had power because I desperately needed a coffee. When I tried to checkout, I was told the coffee was on the house because of the power outage. What a kind thing to do! Frank's has been a wonderful addition to this area, of course because of their delicious food, but also their generosity! I love giving my business to good people, can't wait...
