Terrible pickup experience. I just stood there for a couple minutes waiting for someone to greet me and ask if I needed help. When I finally told them my online order (slice) they had to shuffle through two sets of papers to find my order. When they got down my pizza it was put in front of another gentlemen who was waiting and not being acknowledged. Two gentleman were making pizzas and didn’t bother making eye contact or smiling or any type of greeting. The older gentleman then went back into the kitchen to find my order and when he finally came back out he handed me the box, took the receipt and picked up the phone… barely acknowledging me. I then had to ask if I was able to leave as I knew I had paid for it already via slice. As far as the food goes. The pizza was bland and cheese was barely melted. Appetizers were dry and tough. Pasta dishes were OK, shrimp was big. But nothing special. Salad was withered. The serving size of the meals were good. Overall, plenty of other places to go to. Update 10/2024 - went in for a couple of slices... charged $7 for 2 slices. On top of that the blond waitress was rude and gave me attitude when I asked for the correct change... tried to beat me out of $10 claiming I'd only given her a $10 bill, when I had given her a $20. Mediocre pizza and horrible service. Avoid them..

Counter staff there are barely competent. Overcharged two visits in a row. When I returned, after the last incident, noone knew how to operate the register to give a refund on my card. After a lengthy discussion on what was owed back to me they finally refunded me cash. It seems the "mistakes" in charges are a regular issue with this new counter staff. They need more training on POS system and customer service. The food is, thankfully, still of consistent quality. I give 3 stars only because of the staff...

Well if you are going to order for a large group I suggest calling in a minimum three separate orders. We called in for nine people. We were missing 2 slices of pizza, onion rings, 2 sausage rolls and a cheesesteak. This we caught and had to go back in a get. Unfortunately in the end we were still missing the cheesesteak. One meal was ordered with extra garlic and mozzarella but was not on the sandwich. The Cesar salad was lettuce and chicken, no Cesar dressing, no parmesan cheese. The cheesesteak had marinara sauce, on a cheesesteak? Mozzarella sticks could use some mozzarella hence the point of calling them mozzarella sticks. Roast beef sub had such thick roast beef it was ridiculous. On a good point the onion rings were delicious. To the establishment before giving the order to the customer try double checking the order. This was not the first time and we tried to give them another...
