Larry's 50's Diner — Restaurant in Upper Township

After reading the other reviews I decided to give it a shot. I wasn't impressed. the staff was great and very polite, but the food was less than. We had blueberry pancakes, French toast, bacon, and corned beef hash. The pancakes were under cooked and the blueberries were sour, the side of bacon had a 3 week old French fry that had been sitting in the fryer and was almost translucent and the corned beef hash had a mystery chunk of something that also appeared to be fried. The staff was great, but I'd get a new cook🤷🏻‍♀️ After leaving this review on Facebook, the owner attacked me and called me a liar. She also blocked me which is hilarious and childish. I seriously would not recommend the food at all.

Editing to add I am just a regular local person. I was not hired by anyone to write any of this. I'm just leaving my honest review. As a business owner you should take criticism to make your business better rather than claim everyone that leaves a less than stellar review was hired by the competition which I don't even know who that would be for this business. Instead of getting upset with an unhappy customer maybe you should figure out why that customer was unsatisfied and rectify it. Poor attitude by an owner can ruin a business faster than...

Saw the ad on Facebook . So me and my friends decided to go eat at this place because it is a 50's Diner which looked really cool. However, when we went in the atmosphere was good , our server was good, but the food was less than appetizing. When the hamburger meat was delivered my friend immediately noticed a foul smell and wouldn't eat it. My other friend got a Cheesesteak sandwich which was burnt without any cheese or the fixins that should come with a Cheesesteak. The French fries tasted like it was fried in old oil . There was a racist blackface signed photo in the right-hand corner of the resturant. And the woman who appeared to co-own the resturant was just outwardly making the most disgusting comments since 1945. If you're skin tone is on the darker side avoid this place like the plague unless you have a good group of friends to keep watch of you like I did. I know some people make bad reviews just for the sake of it but guys.... ya gotta trust me...
