Pretty typical Mexican restaurant, very large and filled with the usual decor. Our server was an American woman, loud, overly talkative and unable to get my order correct.I ordered shrimp Diablo without sour cream...was served some sort of chicken burrito, all because she doesn't write down the orders, she "remembers everything". ".When I told her the food wasn't what I ordered she just said oh yeah, the shrimp. As she rushes off,the new manager comes up and apologizes and says the food will be out ASAP.After ten minutes, our server brings my plate. The food was passable, nothing to write home about but the unwanted sour cream,a great lump of it was on top of everything. Already lost patience and I want as little to do with our server as possible.Back she comes and camps out, nattering on and on about the new manager essentially being eye candy. Then she attempts to put her hand on my arm while I am attempting to eat.My lunch companions were very proud I didn't lose my temper. We paid and beat it because I didn't want another encounter with the server from hell.If I must frequent this establishment again,I will most definitely seek another...

The food was great but they messed up our order so the appetizer became one person’s only dish. The item I ordered wasn’t available. But yet they were going to charge us for the item I never received. We had a language barrier issue as it seemed. We ordered three items. We only got two, but they never removed the third item never received and was about to charge us anyway. It got straightened out by them coming to our table to see we only had two plates at our table…not three.

So I gave them only one star for service and for the following:

Let me give you a tip for your staff in training:

Never drop off the check UNTIL you at least ask if the customer would like dessert.

Dropping the check beforehand implies you want them to vacate before they’re ready to.

We actually wanted dessert, but since we were handed the check before we were even ready, we just left after waiting for a long time for our ‘to go’ containers.

Also, when you give the check, they should ask the customer if everything was ok or something to that effect. That way if there was an issue or they want something else there’s the...

FINALLYYYY!!! Mexican food that’s authentic AND NOT “Midwest-ified”- (that’s what I call it when it’s bland and no spice) We have been searching high and low for good Mexican food in all of central Ohio and now our small town of Urbana has SCORED! My husband spent his first 32 years of life living in San Diego which boarders Tijuana Mexico so u can imagine his difficult search for good Mexican food in Ohio. (TIP: If u like spicy order the HOT salsa) We had a great experience with the food, drinks and service and not to mention the place is very classy and clean! It does get busy tho so make sure u go early or you’re not famished but they do give u complimentary home made chips and salsa right when u sit down so that helps a lot! The bar area looked really inviting too! We are so pleased they’re so close to our country home! Another PRO was the PRICE! 2 jumbo SPICY margs 1 appetizer 2 entrees = $55 (includes tax) WOW!!! We were full with great food and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg! We plan to be regulars, I hope they...

We came to this store after attending the flea market. The store is very well laid out and well lit. The decor is fresh and modern. We were welcomed at the door and quickly seated. It wasn't particularly crowded at the time we sat down, but the store was full by the time we were leaving. The wait staff brought chips and salsa to start the meal. The chips were a little oily. The salsa was fresh with a little spice on the back end. I ordered a beef enchilada with a soft taco. The taco had plenty of meat as well as the taco. The sauce on the enchilada was a little spicy with a hint of cumin. It's not really my favorite, but it's a nice change. The soft taco was excellent. There is plenty of meat and fresh veggies. My spouses food was on par with mine. Both drinks were good. The service was excellent. I would like to come back again.

Went for lunch on Sunday and it was packed! More than one person commented on how good the food was as they left. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed, they just opened and we went expecting that they're still working out the kinks. Atmosphere was nice & open. Service was friendly, the food was great. I had the Fajita Supreme (shrimp, chicken & steak) and it was very good. They give you generous portions, so I was stuffed. My wife had the Street Tacos (trad'l Mexican steak tacos) and she loved them. She particularly liked the flavor used on the steak. Even the salsa was really good! Next time I'll get the Street Tacos, we will be back and I'm sure things will be tightened up a little.
