I leave this review because its 2025 in the Information Age and all I want is a drink.
I'm taking my money to Punch because I can find the front door and I know its opening/closing hours, I don't need a B&E charge for snooping around a closed office building after 5 pm opening random doors, already spent 10 minutes staring at the closed doors of the Nat Cohen building that say its open 9-5 thinking that I am on the wrong street. Yeah I'm not just gonna go open a door on a busy street with all the silent ADT Alarm signs around. Especially with the current US Administration.
For the first time in my life I now mildly understand why people call 911 for stupid reasons. I'm this close to calling the non-emergency police line just to say, that I am not breaking into a building, I'm only trying to find a god damn business.
The Least that could happen is business hours be posted somewhere on a website....
Read moreReally friendly owner and bar tender. It can be confusing to get to, but that's a part of the fun! This place right now mainly operates by word of mouth. I found the experience of finding the place to be quite fun!
There's no dress code, but it certainly is a place where you'd want to dress a bit nicer. It'd be a nice date spot. People are friendly and you can make new friends.
The drinks tasted really good! I got a kir lemon drop and old fashioned. They can also make other traditional drinks. The drinks were a little bit pricey for what I'm used to but that probably goes along with the vibe.
Overall, I would recommend people to come check out the place and find it...
