Casey's — Restaurant in Urbandale

Ordered breadsticks and they asked when I would be there. They said they were already done and to my surprise they were just sitting out COLD. When I called they asked if I wanted cheese sauce for an extra 50 cents and I said yes. When I got there they pulled the sauce out of what appeared to be a freezer and was ice cold. So I got cold cheese sticks and cold cheese sauce, great experience. I called to complain and the manager said nobody ever gets the cheese sauce so that is why it is kept in the freezer. Then why offer it??...

Another great Midwest Casey's! They have a nice sub shop and some good lunch options if you need a quick snack. Their Pizza is awesome! I go here consistantly and it is great for a wuick stop. Also the pizza is good. However, I saw a cashier who had a very dirty shirt on and she was picking her nose. When checking out she had to ask what size my drink was despite it saying it right on the cup. She was short, blonde, and a little chunky. Might just need a refresher on good...
