McDonald's — Restaurant in Uxbridge

Bad service, there slow disrespectful to customers. Asked for a refund because my 2 dollar meal was incorrect and just disgustingly thrown together with 0% effort and they would NOT refund my mealife due to "there's not a problem with your meal, we didn't screw it up so suck it up and eat it or throw it away and go find somewhere else to eat, not my problem" were the girls exact words from her mouth. Don't go there I will be contacting the FDA because this place is Disgusting behind the counter where the food is prepared Horrible service and lazy effort 3 just compleatly disrespectful workers. Food was not even warm let alone hot, it was 7am in the morning all I wanted was a hot coffee and a morning bagel and I got a coffee that was not even warm let alone hot, and a bagel with cheamchese just everywhere. Im not really sure what happened. My wife and I ordered pick up from the drive through at this location at 10:36 am on September 4th. We drove up to the second window and all we asked for was extra sauce with our food. For some reason, I dont know if she didn't hear us properly or what, that set the lady at the window off and she gave us an unnecessary amount of attitude for absolutely no reason. Not sure she should be working at the window with customers if her temper can be set off on a whim like that. We also only got one extra sauce cup in the bag, and thats not really that big of a deal, but I feel like we may have gotten more if she didn't have a temper tantrum first for whatever reason. 14 yrs, and nothing changes, no matter what the staffing changes are. Go on occasion for convenience, REGRET it every time. Without a doubt, Uxbridge location is THE worst McDonald's on earth. Take your time at drive through and check your purchase! I don't think they've EVER not forgotten something. Today I order a McDouble, small fry, Med hot coffee for me, Cheeseburger Happy Meal for my grandson. DUMB ME, did not check bags, they could NOT possibly screw this up. First of all made me a Med ICED coffee.... Oh that should have told me you'd better check. Got home to find 2 McDoubles NO Sm fry. And the Happy Meal had 2 Gogurts, NO fries. I call, complain, and again, next meal is on them. Not that I give a crap because it's nasty anyway, but my teens like it, so I'll use it for them.
