McDonald's — Restaurant in Valdosta

It was horrible there was nobody attentive when I asked if there was somebody taking orders because three other people had left in front of me and people had left from the drive-thru as well. I was informed that I would need to make my order through the kiosk and when I told them that I didn't know how to use the kiosk could somebody show me oh we don't have nobody available we're on your staff if you can't use the keys I don't know what to tell you. So I then left went out to the parking lot as me and my friend left of which I was going to make and purchase 6- full orders a ( 6 - orders) I called back to that same McDonald's and ask to speak with the manager to explain the rudeness and the unattendedness of the employees and what had happened to not only myself but others and that people were leaving she said well all I can say is we're understaffed and when I told her about the kiosk incident ...she said well who doesn't know how to use a kiosk?? So I informed her that I would be making a post to let other people know they may wish to choose to use another facility rather than that particular McDonald's.!!!...

I have some bad experiences in fast food restaurants before, but this place takes the cake. I was the ONLY customer on August 1 around 3:00 and there must have been 6 people hovering around the drive through, 1 person "cooking" 2 people talking by the french fries and 1 person out at the drink machine. Most of the people looked in my direction and NO ONE acknowledged that I was standing there. Finally, someone (mgr?) looked in my direction and, without speaking to me, proceeded to ask everyone standing around her..."are you working? are you working? are you working?" It was ridiculous. Needless to say, I left without being spoken to or acknowledged in any way. Pitiful. I wish I could give negative stars, but apparently you can't post without at least one star. Please...

If you serve breakfast till 1030am, then make sure you serve it till 1030am!! I watched myself and 3 other customers in front of me pull up and pull away because they stopped serving breakfast well before 1030.. i got to the speaker at 1020am the others in front of me were there well before i got there too. Second your menu board was still on breakfast, and the person behind the speaker says its ok it will change at 1030am.. I'm like uh but its not 1030am... if you are supposed to serve it till 1030am and thats what every menu says, you better darn well serve it till 1030am. Lost a few customers this morning because your workers are too darn lazy to do their jobs like they are supposed to do...and they want 15 an hour to be like this too... good luck! Not...
