Mobile app ordering is terrible. We placed an order at 4:43 p.m. and was told by the app that 5:15 would be the time to pick it up. I arrive at 5:15, go through the drive-thru and told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes and to come inside. I came inside after sitting in the parking lot for about 15 minutes and was told it was going to be at least another 20 minutes. As I was waiting there with others that had been there 30 plus minutes, others started coming in the door and was told it would be 45 minute wait minimum for food. The kicker is, the drive-thru was being served the whole time we were all there waiting. They were out of biscuits, they were out of coleslaw, and the poor workers seemed very frustrated. They were all nice, I don't believe it was their fault. Usually this location is pretty good, but this time it was horrible. I ended up canceling the mobile order and leaving after about 40 minutes of waiting. In order to cancel a mobile order, you have to call a special number that I had to ask for from one of the workers and wait on hold for 27 minutes to talk to a live person. Ridiculous. So I called the number on the receipt and got a person that said yeah I get calls often they have the wrong number on the receipt. So I looked up the correct phone number and spoke to Terry the Manager. I explained the situation and then his response was yeah I remembered you that's what was on the screen. I then told him my receipt was correct but order was not. The only offer that was made was well you can comeback. My response was I'm not coming back (I'm working on a projects at home and that's why I got take out). I informed him they have the wrong phone number on their receipts and he said well I'm not sure what to do about that. Read moreAlways missing items every time. Went through the drive through after not going here for a while since they always have problems getting the order correct. Well still not improved. They had us pull forward and after a wait they brought us the food but I wasn’t upset as sometimes it happens. However before we drove away we checked and there was items missing. I pulled back around and my wife had to go in and it seems they knew it. No apology at all. On top of that the chicken was chewy and not able to eat it.
