I am giving this shop a 5⭐️ Because a month ago on a weekend I was in there close to closing time and I apologized to the young lady working with me that I knew she was closing soon, but my hours for work seldom afford me to get into shop there. She said so kindly that as long as I was in there before they lock the doors, I could shop to my hearts content! She didn’t keep reminding me what time it was and how long before closing or make me think my time shopping there wasn’t valuable...which was NOT my experience when shopping at the Arnold location tonight! When I came into the Arnold location, the girl greeted me and then told me how soon they were closing (20 minutes), she then gave me an update at 10 minutes till and again at 5 minutes and then when she was at 5:00 pm she said it’s 5:00 and we are closed, what would you like to do?! What time wanted to do was have just 10 more minutes to buy a couple more items, but I proceeded to jewelry and told her they must do things differently than DeSoto does things...She had no clue....I did make my purchase and went to my car and called DeSoto to tell them how much I appreciate them! I will not shop...

Tueday April 9th 2024 I went to take care of my layaway. Went in the store was greeted by Chelsea 3st assistant. When I got to the the counter I felt real funny and unsteady on my feet. Chelsea immediately suggested to have a seat over on the seat by the mirror. Chelsea kept checking on me offering me water. Then she took care of my layaway for me while I sat there, and my new layaway. Lori the new store manager came in and heard about me and came over before eating n checking in to see how I was doing. She could tell I wasn't feeling good. I haven't been out for a week due to allergic reaction till that day. So after awhile I decided to head home. I was so thankful to Chelsea for taking good care of me and Lori the manager and they ask that I call and let them know when I made it home. I felt very comfortable and like they were family to me at Catos in Desoto...

I went in there with my girlfriend not too long ago and they were very helpful. The manager Kristen has great taste and personally helped my girlfriend. She was able pick out multiple outfits for her to fit her style and even suggested items to branch her out of her comfort zone and mix it up a bit. Very sweet woman. From the time you walk in the door you are welcomed and it makes you want to come back. They really earned...
