Be aware when coming here, this is my first time at this location and the only reason I gave this two stars and not one is because the manager was very helpful. The window barista (young girl with blue hair) however is sneaky. She purposely put a tip in on her own. And when I confronted her about it she continued to lie and say she didn’t press anything and does not know how she tipped herself two dollars. Don’t get me wrong I’m all for tipping and always do when I come to Starbucks but to tip yourself without customers consent is insane. She did it so fast you could tell it wasn’t her first time doing this. When she saw I was paying card I watched her press something on the scanner really fast before she handed it to me to tap the card. After I tapped the card I saw my Order was more than what she said it was and before I could ask for the receipt she shut the window really fast and walked off. anyone who goes to Starbucks regular knows you (the customer) have the option to self tip starting at 1 dollar up until 3 bucks before you pay or press no tip or other amount. I waited for her to come back and when she opened the window I asked for my receipt which she gave me and again shut the window on me really fast before I could say anything, so I had to wait again for her to come back. When I addressed the self tipping she proceeded to lie and say she didn’t press anything and insinuated that I was the one who pressed it for a tip, after going back and forth with her who was clearly not going to fess up I drove around and pulled up. The manager was apologetic and refunded back the whole meal even tho we stated we only wanted the tip back and she didn’t have to refund the whole order.. but she was very nice and still said it’s ok because we shouldn’t have had to got out of our car in the first place. Then, the only way to get the food we paid for already was to wait in the drive thru line. It COMPLETELY negated ordering ahead.
And then when I expressed we were in a huge hurry, the voice on the intercom was pretty uncaring.
After sitting in the drive thru line for 10 minutes, we finally got the items we had ordered to be ready by the time we arrived. The hot food was cold. The blended drink was separated.
I expressed that it was frustrating that they would accept mobile orders and make no effort to distribute the order when it was fresh. At the very least, they could have turned of mobile ordering. I could have gone to the next starbucks down the road and had a warm sandwich and freshly made drink, not to mention saving the time they wasted!
The older lady with the curly hair slammed the window shut and waved me off as though I did something wrong and she didn't care. Not gonna lie, it was our of character for starbucks.... they normally care about customer service.

Unfortunately these last couple of times I’ve gone my drink has not been what it’s worth. Today for example my drink is horrible. You know your coffee if done wrong when it has a dark color): Also I didn’t catch her name but the staff completely ignored me while I was standing there, asked the gentleman behind me for his order and was going to ask the person next to him until I spoke up. She clearly saw me because we even made eye contact and didn’t even ask me anything? Gave the benefit of the doubt since it was busy but she obviously just skipped me.
