As for the rest of the business, sadly the wait time is 10-30 minutes or more. Even for a cone. This isn’t just one experience, it is multiple experiences. This happens often. The food orders do get messed up and the employees, specifically one girl, will get upset if you say its wrong. DoorDash is great, the orders I’ve made NEVER get messed up and the food is SO SO GOOD. It’s always good. The food is great there but the service and treatment of customers is horrible. When my daughter became sick at work with GI symptoms she was told she had to stay. So if you got sick this weekend let it be known that DQ broke the law and told a 16yr old that she had to stay and work while sick after having vomited, or find her own replacement. We went by today 7/31/24 and went to the drive through and the girl said “can I take your order” and I said “just a moment please.” She very rudely sighed and sarcastically said yeeeeeaaahhh.
