Apparently they have a new manager who is rude and has no respect for his customers. I ordered Dominoās on a regular basis and I ordered no garlic crust and they mess up all the time and they always offer me a free pizza when they do but tonight was different the manager refused to offer me a free pizza even though it wasnāt my fault I ordered the pizza correctly but they messed it up and it caused me to have to drive back-and-forth to the store to get my kids one pizza and then go back and get the other pizza because I didnāt want my kids to have to wait extra long on a pizza that they messed up so I wasted my gas and one pizza was cold and the other was hot and the manager refused to give me a courtesy pizza or soda or anything and I felt like that was extremely inconsiderate. I donāt know who was the old manager but I definitely feel like at least he tried to make up when there was a mistake made this new manager is very cold very rude and I donāt even know how or why he has the job he does he obviously doesnāt enjoy serving customers or making his customer happy. Most of these bad reviews are spot on. Lack of concern for the patrons. Sauces are always forgotten, food at times undercooked, not properly prepared according to order. Rude, ignorent, lazy teen employees/employee that I unfortunately had to deal with. You guys are in the restaurant business. Your purpose is to make food and deliver to people who pay for it. It's simple. Yet this location seems to not get it. The location is open until 12 am. I ordered late but the place was still open for business. Like I said I work late sometimes and don't have the energy to cook. I get a call 15 minutes after ordering through the app that the employee is " really backed up and the ovens are off" I replied "ok?" To which the employee replied " so I won't be making your food". All I could say was ok. I ordered before you closed. Gave Plenty of time to make 1 pizza. Don't expect anything. Just order from Milton's if it's open. I ordered via the app. After an hour the tracker still said it was being quality checked and that the food had come out of the oven 40 minutes prior. I called and the young man told me gee I don't know when it will get delivered, we're really busy, I can't really tell when it will be there. Ten minutes later I called to cancel the order because I don't want food that's been sitting around for an hour. The next young man tells me my order just came out of the oven and I can pick it up if I want. I wanted delivery to give my husband a break and now he has to go pick it up. We ordered two pastas, two sandwiches and stuffed cheesy bread. The pastas were fine, but the cheesey bread and sandwiches were hard and the cheese was congealed- obviously not fresh out of the oven.
