Wingin It — Restaurant in Valley

Bulgolgi Bowl was ok, I’ve definitely had better. Restaurant is mostly for to go orders because it only has 2 tables for diners, both were dirty, so was everything else. Somehow they scored 99 on their health inspection, actual conditions beg to differ. Gentlemen who took my order was apparently having a bad day because he asked me if I wanted a regular or large bowl & when I asked what’s the difference, he got flustered & said size. After looking around I finally found some styrofoam togo trays displayed on the counter and asked if the regular was this size & the large was this size as the togo trays were marked. He said no. So I still don’t know the size difference but the regular was more than enough for one person. He asked me about sides, again when I asked about options & what does it come with, he got flustered, so I said just make it a complete meal, so I can eat here. After paying I looked at the drink options, it’s all soda or something sort of like syrupy sweet pink or yellow lemonade. I chose the lemonade; but threw most of it away, because it was too much like drinking syrup. While seated, waiting on my food I noticed that some customers get preferential treatment, they have conversations over their other customers actively ordering and then get served first. When my food arrived it was definitely hot & the guy that took my order brought it to me. His mood seemed to have improved some, but I should’ve listened to my gut feeling to walk out at the first moment I noticed it would not be a pleasant dining experience. They seem to have a loyal following; so if you know them personally, maybe you have a better...

Update: I just wanted to come add to my review because I'm so pleased by this place. The service is really good, male up front is always friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious each and every time I come! Before, I said the wings were, "crazy small" but, either they listened or I just had a different batch that day cause, every time I've been back they've been perfect in every way.

Original: I tried Wingin It for the first time this week. I'd been told their wings were small and I saw reviews saying the same. Usually I like the smaller wings but, these were crazy small. When it comes to taste, the flavor was on point! I had the Hot Lemon Pepper traditional wings & Regular Lemon Pepper traditional wings with fries. The Hot in the Hot Lemon Pepper was SOOO good & the sprinkled on lemon pepper just sets it off. On the Regular Lemon Pepper wings, they tasted buttery with a generous amount of lemon pepper. We had a issue! I gave constructive criticism and the lady didn't like it in fact she had her worker to call me and tell me to go some places else. Whatever you do don't give them constructive criticism! If the food is hard bread burnt any of that don't tell them they can't handle it. They did not know I was outside I came right in after she hung on me I said you hung up on me she said my boss told me to hang up on you. The lady who told her never came out but she sent the man out to talk and he was nice but seem scared he took the order still! The wings was good today always little but cooked just right the sandwich was good just bland! Again don't tell them anything bad even if it's horrible!
