Twin Cities Donut Shop — Restaurant in Valparaiso

Poor business. If you say you open at 0530 be open at 0530. Twice I tried to go here and they weren't open when they were supposed to be by the times they have posted. Tuesdays-Sundays 0530-1100. I came by at 0545 and waited until 0615 and the guy was in there but the shop wasn't ready to open clearly. I won't be making my drive out from Niceville to get donuts here nor will I give my business to them when I go on base every morning. Not keeping promises you make to your customers does not deserve my time or money. I don't care how good their donuts are. I'll be telling my colleagues about this as well. I personally am very particular about time because the time I wasted I will never get back and my time is not more valuable as anyone else's in the world and I can't even buy it back. If you don't mind the inconsistent businesses hours they have I'm sure you'll get decent donuts here or call them before you go that will save you a trip. It was clearly ANOTHER disappointment to arive before 10am to find the place closed on Tuesday after the weekend. I'm not sure if IT was even opened in the first place!!! This would be our third time going with the same results. Extremely not interested in trying again!! Thier loss. I can only imagine, if this is happening to me, how many other people interested in tasting those donuts is it happening to. While we were there this time an air force gentleman also couldn't believe they were closed that early!! They need to take thier business more seriously and wake up earlier and make more donuts as not run to run out so early. This doughnut shop was amazing. I really loved all the varieties when I walked in the door. I visited the shop for the first time and was so excited to go from all the good reviews I read, and I was also a bit worried because of a few bad ones. However, the good reviews did NOT disappoint me! The imperfect shapes of the doughnuts indicate that the doughnuts are handmade, fresh, and delicious 🍩. Also, we went on Saturday at 8 am, and there are many doughnuts available, contrary to the ones who made the negative review. Dont listen to the bad reviews! I highly recommend this...
