I would list zero stars if I could. At about 10min till 5pm, my husband and I were standing in line to order food for dinner. Two young teenagers approached the register at the same time as us. We said "You guys go on ahead." Then all of a sudden a Braums employee recognized one of the teens ordering food and started a conversation that included profanity. Proceeded to talk for an absurdly amount of time as we were standing there waiting patiently for our turn to order. Then the employee said to another worker, "Don't ask me, I'm off the clock," and then started giving his own order to the guy running the register. So basically instead of waiting for his turn to order during his break or end of shift, he gets the guy running the register to take his order instead of waiting his turn. They all continued to talk for a good 5 or 6 min. We were completely ignored by the young man running the register and then had to listen to the profanity from the taller slimmer employee while he jumped in front of us because he was "off the clock." I'm sure the inside cameras will show my husband and I giving each other the annoyed look as we walked out of the restaurant. We even looked around for any type if manager before we decided to just walk out. We thought surely someone will see what's happening here and correct this poor behavior.. We're not giving your restaurant our hard earned money to then be treated like garbage and disrespected. I have food service management experience and can completely understand situations but tonight was not acceptable. We left and went to El Patio right down the road where we were treated with excellent service and respect. Those employees from tonight need more training before having contact...

They handed us a cone, and I said, āoh wait this was supposed to be in a cone, itās fine though can you just hand me a large cup and Iāll pour it in?ā He hands us a water cup, and then asks us to pull forward to keep the line moving while we wait for the burgers, I said, āno can I please have a large cup? This cone will spill all over me, because the water cup is too small.ā He laughed and handed us a small pink kids cup that was smaller than the water cup. He said here ya go, now please pull forward we have to keep the line moving. I looked up in the rear view mirror, and there wasnāt even a car behind us, but we pulled forward anyway. I tried to pour the cone into the small water cup he gave me, and spilled the ice cream all over me. I went inside and asked them to remake it in a cup, and the ice cream staff looked at me confused, and then remade the yogurt twist in a small pink cup instead of a large. My mom was so upset and was waiting in the car that she just told me to just take the small and go home. We were charged for a large, but I guess I couldnāt prove it because most of it was all over my lap.

The one in Van Alstyne has always been good through the drive-through but every time I go in I get angry with one of the employees. This time it was too much. I donāt know what position she holds but her name is Brittany. I went with my daughter and granddaughter to have some lunch. We all three walked in together, walked up to the counter together. They ordered then the girl walked away from the register and proceeded to go start looking at the ice cream. She ignored me and she slammed the doors on the ice cream case and turned and yelled āwhy canāt you ever have the chocolate chip out hereā screaming at a young man that was working back in the back that I couldnāt even see. Then she looked at me, turned and yelled at him to get out here and wait on me. I could not believe it! I have witnessed her yelling at her employees before like this and wrote it off as a bad day. She was rude, no where near being a professional and horrible to her crew. They were busy. I donāt live here but my daughters family does. I will never step in there again or even SUGGEST when my grandkids are looking for a job this summer to try the Brahms. Brittney needs an attitude adjustment as well as training on how to speak to her crew in front of everyone in the store! I suggest rethinking her āmanagement positionā until that time.
