Taco Bell — Restaurant in Van

Ok so, on 9/12/22 I called in around 1-2pm and asked if they had the Mexican pizza. The woman on the phone told me ‘they’re not on the app till tomorrow but u can request for it when you place a walk in order and we will make it.’ Great!!! I wait till the sun goes down, walk to the truck stop, take a shower… I realize I don’t have my physical card on me and I call Taco Bell again.. it’s about 7-730pm on the 12th. Another lady answers and I ask her if they accept ‘tap to pay or apple pay’ she says no… ok, so now I walk back to my truck, retrieve my card and walk to Taco Bell… so I ask for the Mexican pizza. The lady tells me that it’s not available till tomorrow. I told her about my phone call 5 hours prior.. she tells me ‘idk how that’s possible, when we don’t even have the stuff for it out yet.’ Ok, so now I spend time looking at a menu And really don’t want anything… so I order the chalupa meal. I get ready to pay for my meal with my card… and lord behold, the friggin thing says ‘TAP TO PAY’ I told her I just called and asked if they accept it and she told me no… she tells me ‘we accept it, we always have’ at this point I didn’t even argue with her because she obviously works here for a reason. The entire time I’m waiting on my meal she disappears behind the wall… I’m sure it’s because she knew or felt guilty in some type of way. (there was only one woman present during my visit, so I knew it was her who I spoke to) the guys in the back making the meal either assumed I needed to be on a diet or knew I was on one because I practically received a veggie chalupa, very scarce on the meat…

Either way, no, I didn’t get her name because I didn’t even care for it. But I rather them NOT ANSWER the phone and feed lies than to answer the phone and have the...

so EVERY single time I go in there they always ask for me to use the kiosk even if they are not busy and I had to inform them that I had a large order so I needed to have someone take my order. when the person walked up to take my order he smelled so bad of weed and was very rude by saying "sup" as he walked up like he was talking to a friend. when I got my food I order crunchy tacos with no veggies and all of my tacos have so little meat you would think there was none. I understand if you had a lot of people at your location then you could have me order there but you didn't have anyone but one other person in your lobby who was also waiting to order and only got to order because i spoke up and no one in your drive thru is insane to ask me to do it myself! please step up your game Taco Bell because this is not the 1st time this situation...

This is the closest Taco Bell to us. We live about 30 miles away and every time we’ve been here we spend $50+ to feed 4 or more people. We’re always missing half our order. This evening at 9:39PM we spent $62, the place was empty and we had the only vehicle in the drive through. The worker said everything is in the bags. Got home and half of our order was missing tried calling 6+ times and no answer to regard the situation. The amount of money that we have spent here over time and not receiving all the meals is ridiculous. Very disappointed since there is never any improvement or anyone to answer the phones to take care of...
