After a long wait, my fries were barely warm, then after realizing they'd forgotten my chicken strips and I was going to have to wait another four minutes I asked them to also remake fresh fries because cold fries are nasty and the young lady cooking only offered to re-drop my old fried to reheat them! Gross! Three times I asked for a number for the manager or owner because it was clear that they weren't going to try to address my complaint and I didn't feel like arguing with highschool kids but they wouldn't even give me the number, she just kept arguing with me as if wanting the fresh food I paid for was unreasonable. Good good and friendly service. Its an great little ice cream bar with a good selection of different foods to choose from at a pretty reasonable price.
