McDonald's — Restaurant in Vega Alta

This will be my 3rd experience and unfortunately not pleasant. First time I ordered a fish fillet and it seemed like someone took a chunk off of it,when I returned it the manager was very rude insinuating that I did this on purpose, then threw me a knew sandwich and slammed the window. I have been a customer of the store for approximately a year. Since day one we have experienced difficulty entering the parking area due to the poor parking conditions. El servicio al cliente es muy importante a la hora de atender al público es vital, normalmente voy a este Mcdonald's por qué dan la comida caliente pero ya van dos veces donde voy y el servicio es un asco desde la cajera hasta el que te entrega la orden. Cuando le voy a decir que no quiero salsa ni pepinillo me corta y me dice que salsa para los Nuggets me lo repite tres veces tratando de hablar por encima de Mii cuando le estoy diciendo lo que no deseo en el hamburguesa 🍔 no le digo nada después se atreve a preguntar que era lo que no quería en la hamburguesa más le pregunto que si tienen queso blanco y me dice que no trabajan queso blanco solo amarillo, termino la orden paso a pagar y recoger la orden cuando verifico el hamburguesa estaba plain sin nada le faltaba la mostaza se lo de vuelvo le digo y cuando me lo entregan segunda vez tampoco tenía la mostaza nada que lo que hicieron jugar con la hamburguesa cuando pregunto por la gerente es la que está repartiendo las órdenes a ella fue que se lo entregue y en vez de hacer su trabajo y verificar o mirar que le hecharan la mostaza correctamente y últimamente está fallando en lo básico.
