Seis-93 Patio Bar & Picadera — Restaurant in Vega Baja

!!!DO NOT COME HERE!!! I’ve lived in Vega Baja for 7+ years and never had an interest in stopping here since it seemed overhyped. Today I finally stopped and decided to try it out…my initial instinct was correct. This place is NOT good and totally overhyped. Appetizers were so average- spicy crab that isn’t spicy and lacks flavor. We waited around 2.5 hours for our food since it seems that “the kitchen is just running behind”.Even if the food tasted somewhat decent, the wait time is abusive. Hey, if you don’t have enough staff don’t fill up the restaurant. There are soooo many other good restaurants in Vega Baja, !!!!don’t come here!!!! The waitress was super nice but the poor lady is tending to all the tables on her own and the place was jam packed. She was the only part of the experience!

Seis-93 hire more staff and offer a decent turnaround time experience and maybe I’ll take this...

I’m not the type to leave negative reviews for local businesses, but I wanted the owner to be aware of a poor experience and to have a chance to address it.

We stopped by around 8:40 PM to buy two beers, knowing the place was closing. When we tried to pay with card we were told there was a $10 minimum. The server (blond hair) reacted unprofessionally and didn’t offer any alternatives or suggest anything we could add to reach the minimum — she simply refused the sale. That attitude felt rude and unnecessary, especially for a place we’ve enjoyed before.

This is a nice spot to hang out, so it was disappointing to be treated that way. I’m leaving this review temporarily and would appreciate the owner contacting me to discuss...

Food is excellent! Filet mignon is delicious. Mojitos are very good. Service wasn't great though. A bit pricey ($140 for 4 meals 4 drinks). No hand soap in the ladies room. A big truck idling next to our table. Loud banging and drilling. We mentioned it to the waitress and she shrugged, like "too bad". We asked if we could move to another table and she pointed to a table out by the parking lot, just on the other side of the truck, then walked away. Service is maybe 2 stars. But the food made up for it. Very good food. We'll probably go back, no time soon though, maybe in the future if I'm craving a...
