Joy Cart — Restaurant in Veneta

Honestly the worst biscuits and gravy I've ever had. Took a long time to serve us for it being old cold gravy that lacked any and all flavor besides cornstarch. It didn't take too long but considering the fact all they did was scoop already made gravy onto biscuits... it had to have been pre-made since it was cold. Litterally super chunky gravy, thought maybe it was like sausage bits but nope, just cornstarch globs. There was no sausage flavor or anything at all. Just pure white starch... We ordered a large and a small $10, and for the same price immediately after trying it, we bought at Walmart everything we needed to make it right at home the "expensive" way. A pound of sausage, two country gravy mix packets, and some pre-made Hawaiian rolls (they didn't have biscuits there). I would recommend day and night donuts for biscuits and gravy, its cheaper and has more flavor. It's also a little faster and hot enough you have to let it cool a little before the first bite.

Hopefully the other food options taste better here. I wouldn't know.

Edit: Tried adding sausage to it first and nope, no dice. The biscuits are also icky so really there was...

Great food even better drinks!! I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and chai latte (big mountain) spiced with nutmeg on top. I have hit many coffee carts and of course done the Dutch bros a lot in my time here in Oregon. This was the best chai latte hands down I have ever tasted. If you are headed out of town to the coast or just getting back in town stop and check out this spot you...

I've heard good things about this place and was stoked to try it.... however, our biscuits and gravy are ice cold, and the gravy has no flavor, other than milk. Super disappointed to be 12.00 plus a tip and no breakfast...
