bb Acai Juice Store — Restaurant in Ventura

UPDATE: I came in for a second time because the first smoothie was so amazing but my second experience sure did lower my opinion and overall rating. Granted I did come in 10 minutes before closing but that should never excuse poor quality and service to customers. There was also a small group on young girls who came in at the same time as I did and 1 of them was close enough to the shop employee that she went behind the counter and gave him a big hug. I ordered the same exact smoothie as the first time and it was so tart and thick I couldn’t even drink it. And because they were closing I couldn’t return to get a refund or a new smoothie. It was obviously done on purpose imo

Definitely worth the $11 and the 11 minutes it took...

I got the River Mouth smoothie. It tastes so good and healthy. Very fresh, with just enough sweetness, to give the entire smoothie an overall, well balanced flavor. Almond milk, dates, whey protein, banana and cocoa powder come together for a splendid treat.

Upon entering the store, you notice that everything looks clean and organized. Customer service was on point. And bathroom was very clean.

Unfortunately, I ate the pastelito before writing this review, but that too...

I had tried açaí a few times from other places and never liked it, then I had a coupon to try it at BB and so I gave it a shot and it is not only the only açaí I’ll eat, but also a staple/favorite spot. They told me that most places use an açaí sorbet but they use just the blended berries which makes sense in comparative textures and sweetnesses, and I cannot get enough of this. Get the Beach Boy, add kiwi, you won’t be disappointed....
