They get my order wrong 9 out of 10 times. I order the same iced machiatto with an extra shot everytime. I speak slowly and make sure they hear me say iced. I see iced pop up on the order screen... Then I go to get my drink and it's hot. They ask if I want it remade as if they're trying to just get me to accept it as is... Well yes I want it remade, I asked for ice. They remake it hastily and as I drive away with my drink and taste it.. It doesn't have the extra shot I was charged for. For around 2 months I came to this location around 4-5 times a week and only 1 of those times, usually, I got the correct drink on the first try with no missing ingredients. The rest of the time, they make it hot instead of iced, or I get no espresso I'm charged for, or they add a ton of caramel when I ask for none (I'm really critical of my sugar intake). I don't get it, slow or busy, it happens, almost every order. I won't lie, other wise the staff are friendly and have a good attitude most of the time. Just got tired of every order...
Read moreEverything is still Super clean and super nice unfortunately it won't stay that way for very long, luckily Starbucks does a nice job usually of upkeep and what not hopefully the trend continues at this location. The nicest thing for me in the entire store is the Dyson airplanes in the restrooms! LOL! If I were to complain about anything it would be the fact that there are not enough outlets in the entire store and none outside! You'd think by 2017 & the fact that there's basically one on every corner they would have Learned to put an outlet at each table and at a minimum a couple outside(like the solar ones @ 😱coffee bean😬) especially being across the street from the college! They are going to be filled with students and everyone else needing to plug in their devices and are going to be nicely surprised to find they don't have anywhere near enough outlets. Read moreLong lines only one cashier, I waited on line for 25 minutes before I was help couple of people the were waiting behind me left because of the same reason.. there was like 5 barristas and they all seem kind of lost.. the cashier didn't seem to know what was going on.. once I was help it took another 15 minutes for my latte to be made, the barrista didn't bother calling out names once the drinks were done.. she would just put then on the pick up counter, manager was walking clueless as to what anyone was doing.. not going back ever again.. bad service literally.. and by time I got my drinks they were almost cold.. was safraid to say something and wait another hour. Oh and the place look so unorganized aswell not clean at all, outside or inside.. i was amazed been to other Starbucks with more people and less barristas and the place was way cleanr...
