Ordered through the app-2 iced lattes and two breakfast sandwiches, I got there and she handed me one coffee and two breakfast sandwiches stuffed in one bag, and a donut in another bag. I thought maybe I got the wrong order so I look at all the stickers and one is missing, I explain that and show her the stickers and gave her the donut back. She told me there was a sticker missing because the two sandwiches were together…. No I was missing a whole other sticker not including the food and she told me to come back through the line if I want another coffee but I was holding up the drive thru and needed to move and shut the window. I tried to look up the order in my phone and their wasn’t any record of it, I tried flagging someone down inside to see if the have any record of what was ordered through mobile, like a history you could look at and no…. So I went and started a new order added two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches, total came out to what my card had been charged… The whole time the lady is telling me I need to move and being very rude, I maybe sat there for 4-5 minutes in total.
In the end I don’t know if it was an honest mistake, or they gave my drink to a different customer, or if someone working there took it but they were so unhelpful and so rude I wasn’t trying to get free drinks just what I paid for. But I ended up paying for a coffee I never got, I can’t afford that. I went across the street to Starbucks, order placed and picked up no issues… treat people better, and update your app so employees can’t take advantage of your app that doesn’t update...
