Starbucks — Restaurant in Vermillion Township

To be honest, I love Starbucks for their drinks. But today they were taken away very negligently to me. Today I asked them to make my brother a small lemonade without ice and that it would be warm as it can get sick. They said well, we'll do everything. After 10 minutes, they gave me a little lemonade with a bunch of ice. I told them to make it without ice to keep it warm. They said well and in 10 minutes they give me lemonade without ice, but it was very cold. I said add some hot water or let it steam. They said well and gave me a very hot lemonade and I asked them to add some cold water and they said that's all they could do. And besides that, they have a lot of flies that climb the food that stands in the window . I’m addition to the muses , there were several bees ! I think they should do something with...

Most days I love this Starbucks. Everyone is usually so nice and chatty and in a good mood even when it's busy. My last visit changed that when I had the rudest barista who tried to tell me that my Latte is supposed to taste gross and look like watered down cold brew. Even though the last 20 times it's looked and tasted a completely different way. I also know it was wrong because i got the same latte later that day, from a different barista, and it looked and tasted how it normally does. He was rude and if I see him working when I go in I'm probably going to walk...

I was at Starbuck's last week and ordered a Venti Chai Latté, extra hot. There was very little flavor. Honestly, it tasted like hot sugar water. If there was any milk in it at all, the amount was negligible. It tasted like watered down concentrate. This has happened at the other Vermillion location as well. Very disappointing.

There were a lot of flies in the building as well, and it could use a good cleaning. Yes, it is the season for flies to come in, but maybe someone could get a fly swatter...
