Would give zero stars if I could. Come to this location pretty often and never had any issues until tonight. My fiancé and I walked into this location and immediately the two employees (both females) were huffing and rolling their eyes. We took a few minutes to order becuase we couldn’t decide. The older female rudely asked us if we were finally ready to order all while rolling her eyes. I felt rushed and ended up ordering something I ended up not liking becuase I felt like I couldn’t take my time to make sure I found something I would actually enjoy. There was a younger gentleman that came in a few minutes after us. He explained to the older female he had a large order to place (6 subs total) and she shook her head and rolled her eyes again. The younger gentleman then explained what he was needing and she repeatedly raised her voice at him and said “bread, bread your not telling me what kind of bread.” You could tell the guy seemed very uncomfortable. His hands were shaking while holding his paper with his orders on it. I work in the restaurant industry and if I ever treated customers like this I would be facing a write-up or even termination. I’m not saying that’s what needs to happen but this employee especially, the other as well need to be retrained on how to treat customers with respect and have just a little more patience. As I said to my fiancé after we left if you don’t enjoy your job then there’s plenty of others out there. There’s absolutely no reason for the type of attitude I experienced tonight.
I also attempted to change my sub after it was toasted (felt extremely bad but felt rushed when ordering) and ended up sticking with what I had already got even though I didn’t want it becuase I was genuinely scared the females behind the counter were going to throw a fit if I did. Read moreI paid for a delivery. They then told us that they don't deliver and would cancel the order and refund my money. They tried for a week and a half to give me a gift card and finally said I could drive up there and get my refund. I paid with a card why do I need to drive to a store to get my refund that I am owed and have been owed for days. They have been nothing but difficult through all of this. The only person in the whole store who has been helpful at all is Doug. He told us that since the refund was delayed it would have to be sent to corporate. He sent it to the store owner. That's how we got it to the point where they are willing to give me the refund if I drive up there. I was in a car accident and have no vehicle at the moment hence the delivery. There was a few people there I liked an no longer see them there they used to work here but haven't seen them here for a while I think if you want to keep good business you should have them come back at this location ! They were great employees,very helpful and professional,nice , an would always greet me with a smile had a positive attitude and talked with me with full eye contact the whole time I was ordering .
