I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback on a recent drive-thru experience at your establishment on 01/02/2024 at approximately 2:22 pm.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed to Dairy Queen, and after confirming readiness to order, my wife and I proceeded to order a fully loaded banana split. Despite confirming the inclusion of pecans, the order received at the first window lacked this crucial component.
When I raised the concern with the server, I was met with an unhelpful attitude, being told that I did not request pecans and wasn't charged for them. However, upon reviewing the receipt (attached as a PDF) and a photo of the banana split taken after receiving it, it was evident that we were indeed charged for the pecans. The issue isn't the absence of pecans but the discrepancy in communication and service.
I understand that mistakes happen, but I believe a more customer-friendly approach in addressing the situation would have been appreciated. The server's dismissive attitude left a negative impression on what could have been a routine and enjoyable experience.
Furthermore, I overheard staff discussing a pair of pants worn to a wedding, which seemed to divert attention from customer service concerns. I believe it's crucial for the team to prioritize addressing customer issues promptly and professionally.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively to enhance customer experiences at Dairy Queen. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

Instead of replacing the items they asked me to bring the bags back into the store. The lady at the counter became upset when I asked" If I'm trying to get free burgers what will me bringing the bags back in prove? Read moreI went to this location at around 1030 today,and I was there so much longer than I expected,jus to ask for a job, ordered a Jr burger and water,they had 3 people working,I was told by the manager that she is not hiring at the moment,after she told me that,I ordered my water and burger to go since I had to wait for the bus,I was there for at least 30 mins,and was one of the first customer,the manager kept walking away from me even before I was finished with what I needed and even ignored me while I was talking,how very rude when I was being completely respectful,I've worked for 2 different DQ locations, McDonald's and restaurants for at least 6 years and I've never experienced customer service like this,very bad even for a short staffed crew,I looked in the kitchen while they were making my burger and after the manager touching everything without washing her hands,she picked up my burger with her bare hands, honest to God I have never been to a DQ like this, definitely will not...
