BE AWARE!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! The worst place here in Victorville!!!! Awful. Service from start to finish was terrible. The food was not very good quality and was overpriced. I order two shrimp plates and drinks. On one of the plate meal there was hair on the rice. I brought it up to the OWNER attention who didn't even offer an apology and instead said very rude "no refunds or exchange for another plate". Started screaming in her language. Couldn't understand what she was saying.

I didn't want the money back. An apology would have been sufficient instead of the gruff and rude response I received as if it was my fault noticing the hair on my plate. This place is very overpriced. Food is not even good. More than 50 dollars for two plates and drinks and the owner did not display any respect. Will never return!

I had high hopes for this place. I went in ordered a K0salmon B o w l. When they started making the salmon, it smelt like It had been sitting out for days. The roof was covered In Yellow grease and it looked like it had not been washed in ages. Then once I received my food I was still hoping it would taste good. The salmon tasted disgusting, I was hoping I could drown it out with the Hot sauce. Unfortunately, the lady said I could only get two small pockets of hot sauce and that I would be charged for the others. Overall this place was disgusting not a four point six star at all. After reading the reviews we couldn’t wait to try this place. First, it is no longer grill town, it is grill n roll. My first red flag was a sign by the ordering station that read, “no refunds…enjoy your food.” Honestly, what kind of food place puts that sign up? I ordered the chicken and beef bowl. The beef and rice were good, but the chicken was definitely old and reheated. It was chalky and stringy, like when you reheat week old chicken leftovers. My friend who got the chicken bowl felt the same. Neither of us ate the chicken after the second bite. Another friend got the shrimp bowl and only ate one shrimp because it was fishy.
