Do not waste your time and money. Thought i would give this place another try and was that a mistake. I placed a mobile order for pickup thinking it would help speed up their long wait on drive thru and hoping that for once my order would actually be complete, and yet again they missed an item and my husband was on drive Thru for over 20 minutes. Plus the food did not look appetizing, definitely not worth it. I called to talk to management, and their Shift Leader Estrellas best answer was its human error. i tried explaining to her that her team probably needed training and as a customer herself she would most likely expect her own orders to be turned in complete. She interrupted only to tell me that she doesn’t place mobile orders because she doesn’t trust just anyone handling her food. Which also now concerns me because Jack in the box has all these offers through mobile but i don’t think i can trust Estrella handling my food with that comment. Her very best was at the end of the call, she made sure to tell me that i as a customer was rude and interrupted her at the beginning of the call so she had the right to interrupt me since i was a rude customer. A properly trained manager should know how to deescalate the situation and not turn their mistake around and blame the unsatisfied customer...

Half the box was empty and ithe serving was small small (embarrassing for the price) ..got My meal...not even close to the photo...bun was wrong..had to bring it back....Luke warm not even hot which isnt good...bacteria grows on food not kept up to temp.....burger was chared around the edges.....(dont know hpw that was possible...bun was not warm either and wasnt anywhere near soft was stale..like the buns are just sitting out...(probably the worse part of the meal about all the other things wrong)..another sandwich we got was a kids chicken sandwich (paid extra) a piece of lettuce with black all around the edges...the kid wouldnt eat it because it was bad...and he loves lettuce......another sandwich was not appealing at all...that person wasnt happy either. Triple bacon burger...serving size appropriate for a 3 year old maybe......I was so disappointed on it's not even funny...another local resturant/fast food that was terrible...never ever going there again...even if i got 100$ giftcard to spwnd i wouldnt....i..spent about 60$ for 2 adult meals a kids meal and loaded fries. The photos are nothing like the pics they advertise...the food was imo completely disgusting...sorry...

I haven't been to Jack in the Box in quite a while and because of how they are not willing to help people enjoy their food by giving them an extra sauce or 2, I won't be back for a long time. The owner of Ferrell's Ice Cream/ Restaurants said years ago, "Just give 'em the pickle." He said to charge someone for an extra pickle is not the customer service that will make people want to come back again and again. When an employee drops the sauce and it falls to the floor and opens, is he charged 22 cents for each one that broke open?? I'm really baffled at this! I went ahead and paid a dollar for 3 extra sauce and told the girl to just give me the sauces. But instead, she was soooo concerned about playing with the register and getting me change and a receipt when all I wanted was the sauces and to get my handicapped mom her lunch. When someone says "I'm not worried about that, just give me the sauces" please just give them the sauces. And for my change, please use it for the next person that asks for extra sauce.
