Service with the bartender, Nicola was terrible- very rude! He's said to us, he would be right over, he never came over, someone else did. Then when he did, he was rushing us to take a water order and said, I just got two other tables that just sat down...OK, AND WE ARE NOT CUSTOMERS TOO 😒???? IMPOLITE!

He didn't have to tell us his problems at work. We are NOT the bartender and when he gives you the check or picks up the dishes, why does he have to kneeled on the seat, in your booth with you.. the seat goes down and I almost fell into him!!!!! No, don't do that.

I asked him when serving the dinner rolls not to put salad dressing on top. Because that really does not taste good. ...Marinara sauce for dipping is suitable. But I didn't get a chance because he literally did a drive by. He served them with the salad dressing on and then I asked him, I tried to tell you, but you ran away. So fast.. . Literally had it yell to say, WAIT, take our order instead of coming back again. he said, oh, are you ready? Yeah, for hanging out for 20 minutes. Last week he was training someone...... someone needs to train HIM FIRST!!! Thank God the food is good!!!! We JUST will NOT be around him!! he didn't even apologize about his behavior, come on now. This is our (my husband and I) very first time at any Piesano’s restaurant, and it for sure will not be our last. We were greeted by a very pleasant server whose name is Camryn. She did a fantastic job from the beginning to end of our experience there. Her knowledge of the menu was spot on, impressive since they had only been training a week and this was their 2nd day of being actually being open. Camryn made sure our drinks stayed filled and our food came out promptly and the correct temperature. She was able to answer our questions and make recommendations. Their menu has so many options and they all looked/sounded great. Wanting to try several items, we started out with an order of Ravioli Frita and Bruschetta Flatbread. For our entrees my husband ordered Baked Zita with a side Caesar Salad and I got Lasagna Bolognese with a side of Chicken Gnocchi soup. And for dessert we split a Salted Caramel cheesecake. The portions were so large we had enough to bring home for another meal each. And I am here to say, every dish was delicious. And I haven’t been able to say that about any restaurant in a long time. Since Piesanos opened I have loved occasionally ordering pizza from there. It tastes great and my family loves it. On October 25. We ordered a pizza from there and they accidentally made the initial pizza incorrectly. They proceeded to make another one and allowed me to take both pizzas home. When the new correct pizza was completed as I was leaving the restaurant I dropped the new pizza. I was mortified and felt terrible because they just made the new pizza for us and I totally messed it up. They graciously began to prepare another new pizza. I didn’t come prepared to pay for the pizza since it was ordered online and they were not expecting any payment. I did have a some cash and offered it as a tip. To my surprise the lady at the counter wouldn’t take it no matter how much I insisted. This experience was a true testament to the spectacular customer service you will get at Piesanos. I don’t leave reviews very often, but I believe they deserve praise how on awesome they are. The food is always wonderful, but it makes the experience so much better when the people are wonderful too! Ever looking for a place to order pizza I will always...
