Bagel Me! — Restaurant in Villa Park

First time to a Bagel Me. If you're going to have a tip jar on the counter and a tip line on your charge slips, you may want to consider offering some service. I just spent almost $20 on a dozen bagels. I was greeted at the counter by a older Mexican lady who I asked for a mixed dozen and she quickly answered "it's self service, here's a box, bagels are near the door". I could understand if they were busy, but here I am in my work clothes fighting with floppy plastic doors attempting to grab bagels and some of the bagels are at foot level which I had to almost get on my knees to get to them. Had a complaint about a pickup today and called to complain. Stephanie was the manager I spoke with. What a rude young lady. I complained about the quality of my orders and she said you are being rude. I said I was unhappy about what I received and she said I can't help you. WOW! What happened to Judith and Maida? They were so friendly and helpful and more importantly, they were customer service oriented. This girl should not be representing ANY sort of managerial position. I've been coming here for years only for the reason that is close to my house. It's actually not a good place to eat, I need to find a better breakfast place. Very overpriced, not really friendly staff, often mess up my order. I'm here right now and they just undercharged me, without me realizing, and then flagged me down to ask for more money, how about you just realize that you made a $4.63 mistake and move on with your life?
